Nora joined our team in January of 1998. She had purchased and sold several investment properties and was interested in a career in real estate. After a little convincing, she got licensed and is now a much sought after broker in the area. She especially enjoys residential properties. Nora is diligent and will not give up until she finds what her clients are looking for!! She enjoys the challenge of finding the "right fit". She has continued to invest in several properties with her most recent purchase being a multi-unit property in Ellsworth.
Nora donated her time to help implement the 911 emergency response system in the Unorganized Territories based on her concern for the people living in these areas. She and her husband Bob live in Ellsworth, enjoy camping in the summer and trips south in the winter. They have several grown children and a younger son, Ethan.
Rebecca is a long time Ellsworth resident who spent four great years studying at Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. Walter has been with our agency since September 1987. Prior to that he lived in Orono for many years and had a summer home in Trenton. After his retirement as a soil scientist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture for over 30 years, he became a year round resident of Trenton.
Working in real estate was a totally different career for him and the change appealed to him. His longevity speaks for his success. Walter especially enjoys working with Buyers and finding the “right” property for his clients and walking large parcels of land with an eye on development potential. He is the agency expert in deciphering deeds and can figure out property lines based on birch trees, old fences and the way the sun sets! His excellent, knowledgeable service has resulted in many repeated clients over the years. Whether you are buying/selling a small property or a compound, you will receive the same level of service from him... GUARANTEED!!
Walter is very involved in the local Kiwanis Club and participates in annual blood drives and other community activities. He continues to enjoy living in Downeast Maine and convincing others that they will love it as well!
